  2. How-to Videos that show learners how to do stress reducing techniques such as practicing mindfulness and breathing exercises. 

  3. Hands-on activity of implementing a self-care activity that the learner finds interesting or comforting. 

  4. Time tracking document that learners can either print out or fill out digitally to document their day, analyze how they spend their time. 

  5. Create their own self-care routine
