ASSESSMENT STRATEGIES

 -Learners will do a self-reflection where they can discuss when and how they can start implementing their checklist for their shutdown routine. (Aligns with CLO 4) 

-Learners will choose a number from 1 to 5 where 1 is not at all and 5 is absolutely where they will rate how likely is their shut down routine going to help them have an easier transition from work to home. (Aligns with CLO 4)

-Learners will do a self-reflection in their journal where they will answer the following questions: (Aligns with CLO 4) 

​

  1. Did you notice a decrease in time spent transitioning from work to home after implementing your checklist?

  2. Did you find anything difficult to achieve, may need to adjust on your checklist? 

​

​

-Learners will create a visual graph to help track their time spent during the week during their transition from work to home. (Aligns with CLO 4) 

​

​-Learners will do a self-reflection where they will set a goal for the upcoming week based on what they struggled with this week. (Aligns with CLO 6)

-Learners will choose a GIF that represents different emotions to gauge how the learner is doing. (Aligns with CLO 6)

​

-Learners will create a vision board with only pictures to show their ideal day based on overcoming the challenges they experienced. (Aligns with CLO 6)

-Learners will reflect on why structuring your day is beneficial to have a positive work-life balance. (Aligns with CLO 6)
